I’ve been recommending an anti-inflammatory diet for months but no one seems to listen. Broccoli, salmon, (fermented) cod liver oil are all foods good for this diet. Fruit is also anti-inflammatory and if you are not allergic to fruit, it could benefit you’re healing potentially.
For what its worth I always read your advice on leaky gut. Just not sure i’m ready to implement it all as i’m still having the odd bit of die off from anti fungals.
