I haven’t gotten to the wine part yet, but yes, it’s a dreamy breeze compared to the Candida diet. I scoff when I hear people on GAPS forums complain about it. (they have no idea what we’ve been through). I found it AMAZING how full I felt after drinking my bone broth, I think I’ve been malnourished from not being able to digest food, and when I started this eating plan my body was finally fed food it could do something with. I just felt so right!
