Seriously a couple of weeks. I have been playing around with it for years but have had plenty of bad diet and even some more antibiotic over that time period. Recently what Im talking about here has gotten worse. Also I was not doing anything for cleansing either. Over the last 10 years I have has WAY more then my share of antibiotics with no DR. every suggesting a good probiotic followup.
So about a week ago, I started to use psyllium husk in the morning and stool softener at night. My elimination has been better since then, than its been in a VERY LONG TIME. Overall n crushing exhaustion is slowly staring to go a way. Today I had NO dairy and I left fruit behind a few days ago. Last week I was at a conference in Vegas and pushed myself pretty hard there.
