I’ve read mixed views on using coconut water so I’m not sure about that…
(Can’t wait to ‘grow’ enough grains to experiment a little!)
I haven’t seen anything re: fruit juices in the initial ferment just ‘after’ the grains are removed-for flavoring. (Wish I could do that but alas, none for me!)
