Thanks for all that. You’re lucky you’re not a chocolate fan! I’ve got to say kefir with carob powder and xylitol is actually quite delicious! Not as delicious as the coconut bread though haha.
I did feel a bit bloated the first time I had the kefir but I’m fine with it now. I have been feeling a bit worse these last couple of days though so I’m hoping its me getting used to the kefir and not a problem with the milk I’m using. Time will tell I guess.

I found a probiotic which contains: B. bifidum, L. acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. plantarum, B. breve and B. longum, L. casei, L. lactis, L. bulgaricus, L. salivarius, Rice Maltodextrin, Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Cellulose (capsule shell)
I was a bit concerned about the rice maltodextrin – should I stay away from it?
The weather over here has been beautiful but there’s been the odd freezing day. I’ve had a good time stocking up on winter clothes though :). New for me after living in boiling Bahrain. I bet the states is wonderful right now! I do actually plan to move over there at some point too 🙂
