My question to everyone, is how soon do you see any changes in your mental state.
Most of the answers to this question will be different, because every infestation is as different as the people who have them. Plus, it depends greatly on the precautions that you take to avoid the worst of the die-off experience, and it also depends on to what degree each person dedicates him or herself to the entire Protocol.
Also what kind of side effects should I expect from yeast die off, and also going cold turkey off a large coffee habit.
You don’t want to do this. Instead, decrease the amount of coffee that you drink little by little. In the beginning, if you wish to do so, you can substitute green tea in place of cup of coffee every other day. Very gradually continue to decrease the number of cups by ½ cup daily if you can handle it. Continue to substitute the green tea until you’ve completely eliminated the coffee, and then begin lowering the amount of green tea by 1/2 cup a day. You can start substituting organic caffeine-free herbal teas such as Nettle Leaf for the green tea if you wish. You’re probably going to have enough troubles with the die-off effects, do please don’t add to these by going cold-turkey with the coffee.
