My answer is “nope”. Sorry, I think there’s just bound to be difference in diets and approaches. What you could do, though, is only stick to the foods 100% approved by the majority of the lists – if you were looking for a safest bet. So, that might mean no beans, no tomatos, no grains, no yogurt/kefir, etc. Sounds like you’ve been doing really well under the guidance of your chiropractor, though, so you could just keep doing what he’s telling you 🙂
A friend of mine is seeing a chiro for her candida, too, and it’s interesting to me that she can eat things that I’ve chosen not to eat. Namely corn and spelt. SPELT. That one seemed crazy to me. Oh, and SUCANAT, for pity’s sake. I just don’t get it. Anyway, I guess if you have doubts about whether a food should be included, don’t include it 🙂
