Yes, I think journaling can be one of the most important things a person does to monitor their progress and how foods affect them. I so badly wish I had started it when I first started the diet six weeks ago. I’ve been sooooo tired and fatigued these last few days I know I need to do it, but I just can’t pick up the pen to get it done.
