There are probably multiple drawbacks to eating too much of just about anything during a Candida infestation because you never know how the Candida can change and adapt to a product, especially if it isn’t a green vegetable. If you feel you’re eating too much, then you probably are. And the fact that you’re developing cravings for it is another reason to be careful.

I know how you feel, I could have eaten an entire loaf of coconut bread every single day during the diet, but I knew I would have to set myself a limit for 24 hour period. This is really what you should do.
