What a timely post. I’ve Been eating it and loving it, but just opted out of buying it at the grocery store today. I have a feeling it may be setting me back in my efforts to fight candida. I’m in the middle of getting back to the basics, since my improvements have slowed lately. Maybe spaghetti squash is one of those things you should only eat in moderation if you have no problems with it, but I’m certain it doesn’t help the cause any. Take what I say with a grain of salt – I’m no expert.
