Yes it is, but you can also make water kefir.

I thought we have to be far from DAIRY PRODUCTS especially milk, and personally my odor turned immediately to fecal odor when i drink milk, so how can i balance this?
That’s because kefir isn’t the same as milk. The fermentation process removes most if not all of the lactose in the kefir.

Also i don’t have like a body odor, i would say my odor is really coming from my face only, in which i can rub my face and smell it, and the odor is really really intense, and i have some acne in my face, so is the candida odor generally be described as a body odor, or can it also be coming from the face?
This is basically the odor of the Candida toxins being expelled through your skin, and it can come from anyplace on your body.
