moochpb, I experienced your same symptoms when I started the diet, which was an indicator for me that I had discovered a candida overgrowth was hurting my immune system on a daily basis.

It helped me to let this reality sink in. Now that I knew what the problem was, I researched even more to design a safe, affordable, long term path to healing.

Many of the people on the forum, like myself, are using the forum’s strict diet and protocol to hopefully reach a cure in the fastest method available. Email Able900 for a copy if you wish…for example, almonds and almond butter are not allowed on the strict version.

Once I started the strict version diet, my stomach stopped hurting. But I still fight die off on month 4 of the diet.

Like I’ve told other newbies, here’s the tips I’ve learned from other warriors on this website. They help you regain energy and minimize die off symptoms so you can function while on the diet:

1. Detox methods – Saunas or epsom salt baths 3-5 times a week.

2. Liver – Molybendum – 250 mg, made by health yourself, on amazon.com This is the one most of the forum members are using.

3. Homemade Kefir & Commercial Probiotics

4. Vitamins

5. Antifungals

As the forum protocols recommend, each regimen is started slowly and dosage is worked up to the regular amount daily, so you can notice if your body reacts negatively to any pill. Doing the detox methods will help you keep your die off symptoms low so you can notice any negative reactions to foods or pills on your protocol. Kinda hard to explain, but you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about in month or so on the diet.

The good news is that it does get better, and the body will start to heal and fix itself over the long haul. Hang in there. Check back as much as you wish. Members are here to help.
