moochpb, I experienced your same symptoms when I started the diet, which was an indicator for me that I had discovered a candida overgrowth was hurting my immune system on a daily basis.

Doing the detox methods will help you keep your die off symptoms low so you can notice any negative reactions to foods or pills on your protocol. Kinda hard to explain, but you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about in month or so on the diet.
