Some of the items listed above would not be allowed on the forum diet.
For example: Chapati (wheat) etc.
If you eat out, it is hard to know what is in the food.
Curry spices themselves are OK, but many curry sauces are padded out with flours or sugar, etc.
If you can cook for yourself, buy vegtables, eggs, spice powders, and cook these at home.
If you eat out, I imagine there would some sugar/grain/starch in the meals you buy. That is risky. I imagine it is hard to buy plain (unsauced) foods. The sauce itself (and what extras are in it) will be the danger.
