Hello land of sunshine,
I recommend a few things. If possible, continue back on those antifungals and probiotics…eventually the die-off will lessen and these are long term ways to reduce it even though you experience bad symptoms in the short term.
I would continue to do the sauna as much as possible, up to 6 days a week if you can handle it. This can completely eliminate or reduce die-off symptoms. It can drain you and thats likely why you were so tired. I would do it for only 15-30 minutes at a time.
There are a few other tips I think could benefit your treatment. The first would be to a get some vitamins (a, c, d, e, k), some trace minerals (zinc, magneisum, calcium, potassium, iodine, etc), and maybe check out SF722 undecenoic acid by thorne research. It might cause less die-off than the other antifungals you were taking but is very effective.
I would eat some prebiotic food sources such as oat bran, buckwheat, stevia, miracle fiber, artichokes, chickory root coffee, etc. This will feed the beneficial bacteria in the gut.
I would not take the psyllium because it can cause internal bleeding and constipation that last for days. It’s not going to kill much candida. Candida clear is a rather cheap multi-antifungal product and its much more effective to get one of those antifungals by themselves.
I would also check out juniper berry (extract); it comes in a variety of forms from a tea to pill to an homeopathic you can take. This can reduce die-off and flatulence (smell) when you go to the bathroom.
