Impossible, where can I read more about this again? A book, internet? I would like to know because I think it would be beneficial for me, since I like to take a b vitamin. However, I would like to get it in the right proportions. You have probably posted before where to find it.
Thats a WHOLE LOT of reading for that reason. If I come across a good summary I will pass it along. There are some decent youtube videos. What are you taking?
well, it has varied over the past year. Here are some of the ones I have tried!
I posted about this one, and how I think it makes me feel a little jittery and anxious at times, even at 1 capsule.
-did make a post about how I think the Benfotiamine might give me better gait and sugar control because I notice that my feet and ankles do not fall asleep and hurt as much. Plus, b1 might be helpful for me to process carbohydrates from years of just eating simple carbs, candies, and due to my gastropareis.
I took this one for awhile, but I think the extra paba in it caused some gi discomfort, but it did make me feel pretty calm.
I decided to try thorne’s b complexes now. I think they might be better for me.
trying to decide which one might be the best for me. I am trying to decide if I need extra b6 or b12. I know b6 and ginger helps with nausea. I have thought about taking ginger again, plus it helps gastroparesis. So, I think b1, b6, b12 are very beneficial for me; however, I know we don’t know until a test, which just has to be put on hold for now till I get some extra money. Maybe in the future.
