Thanks impossible, it is hard to keep on guessing. I am going to try hard to keep a diary of how I feel with these 2, either the thorne b12 or just a little of the advanced country life to see how I feel (I have dumped the capsule and put some in an empty capsule before to take less dosage).
I think I am needing more b12 because it gives me energy, otherwise, I get tired. I have been known to have low iron, b12, and folate levels; however, then I don’t want to revved up either. what’s the difference b/w the all the forms; Adenosylcobalamin, Methylcobalamin, dibencozide, and Cyanocobalamin?
I know I want to stay away from paba because that causes me some gi distress =( !!
So, maybe b1, just a little b6 for nausea and ginger, extra b12 and make sure to get folate, and I think the right niacin might make a difference.
Man, I am really interested in this test. Maybe I should spend a Christmas present on the test; 100, right? I just first have to prioritize some bills, food, and other things first.
I am trying to shoot for the right kind of folate now because I have talked with Bernie briefly about b vitamins before, and he recommends the specific kind the co-enzyme forms (the right kinds). I’ll discuss much more in detail later this month when I make an appt. next week. I took December off from him, and I can tell I have missed talking to him!
I’ll keep you informed, so maybe we can figure this out a little bit because I have seen the wonders some days of taking a good b complex vitamin. Head clearer, better mood, and not as anxious; but other times, I am in overdrive and have done too much (anxiety).
The amazing wonders of candida that nobody else understands. I should break out some of my science books again (major was biology).
I wouldnt bother with the test unless you want all the other data too. You already know you need and tolerate methyl support because you feel better on it. Thats better data than a genetic test can provide. Find your dosages, a test is going to help with that.
