This is really unfortunate. Im almost 3 months in and I’m having the opposite experience although a month ago I felt the same way and I eliminated eggs and harmful supplements and I started feeling much better. I should add that I was mixing up die off reactions with food reactions, for example I would mix coconut oil with my buckwheat and thought I could be allergic to buckwheat but I realized I was getting a die off reaction from the oil. I used to take raw garlic before bed and wake up with die off and I thought it was my breakfast causing a reaction. Try your best to figure things out and over time you ll feel better. Do not hesitate to take action such as reviewing the ingredients in supplements as I did, look at your food combinations, and how much your eating in one meal. Have you started taking kefir. This helped me improve my digestion right away. I just started taking it last week and now ima make my own. Kefir also adds another option since your having a reaction to many things. Good luck.
