I can’t believe I cheated. I tried the diet before and cheated in the detox period then too. I told myself I had to cheat because of work, I was so tired. I really want to do this because I have heard it cures adhd and I hate my adhd. I took a week vacation this time so I could do it, yet I still cheated.
Maybe I need to stick to a lesser diet first. I’m thinking it will get me in the habit of eating healthy and I’ll get use to taking time to cook my foods. The abs diet has a variety of easy to prepare recipes so I think I might start there. Once I get into the habbit of cutting out fast food, eating healthier, and cooking my own meals, then I can step up the program and stick to the strict diet I need to be on.
One more question though. I think I already know the answer but I’ll ask.
Since I drive a truck for a living and have to be alert can I take a five hr energy drink during the die off to overcome the fatigue?
Since I’m pretty sure the answer is no, is there anything to do to overcome the fatigue during the die off?
