This would include meat and coconut oil and maybe almond butter? This isn’t the same as eating deep fried chicken or twinkies, so I am unsure whether many of use are eating a high fat diet. From my perspective, we all likely reduce our fat levels while on the diet.
One thing to potentially try is one week with a high fat diet vs. one week with a low and see what difference it makes. Its best to experiment with the diet and not be so regimented.
