Hi Helen. Yes I’ve had terrible problems with being hungry all the time and since being on the diet for 2 weeks this has gotten significantly better. It also helps to drink PLENTY of water. I also make sure I eat something small every 3 hours. So I eat breakfast at 8, have a snack at 11, eat lunch at 1, snack at 4pm and eat dinner at 7 or 8. This has all really helped me. But it was really hard at the start of the diet, particularly as I was still figuring out what I could and couldn’t eat.
My snacks are something like celery with almond butter or a pot of plain greek yoghurt. I also have a pot of raw almonds next to me all the time. And water, water, water.
