For me these days things kind of start making more and more sense.
Looking at my diary today, I have noticed that since I have started eating less bread, avoiding raw carrot (my favorite food 🙁 something that I’ve been eating literally kilos a day in the past), as well as avoiding the milk most of the time and not eating any kind of cheese at all, my anxiety and depression were at their worst, and still last.
Then, last 6-7 days, I started drinking liters and liters of water.
Now I’m not sure if the die-off started kicking in, or is it the local chlorinated water, but I kind of started feeling even worse.
Of course I’m not intimidated by this at all AS LONG AS I know that this is normal…I’m just SCARED THE HECK OUT that I might be doing something wrong and in turn making my condition even worse.
I can’t wait to get the blood test and finally start the 100% strict diet!
