I’m not an expert so I can only think of what I would do in the same situation:
-I would still avoid all sugar & alcohol (& if you must drink, go for something like vodka)
-I would include foods to increase energy like buckwheat, coconut flour, etc, etc
-I would stick with the probiotics
-In the short term I would considering lowering my dose of antifungals
-I would keep top levels of organ protecting supps, like milk thistle & molybdenum
-I wouldn’t over stretch myself & let people around you know you might need to rest at times
-I would include herbs like ashwagandha, rhodiola, korean gingseng, etc that help with energy.
