Try adding in lemon to the bread. It takes a while to get used to… I put a bunch of cinnamon in it as I too found the original recipe really bland and dry.
Experiment with it!
I also make the “coconut avocado balls” (there’s a post somewhere in the recipe section) which is basically:
– 1 avocado
– juice of 1 lemon
– 4 tbsp coconut flour (I use less than this)
– stevia to taste
Mix the avocado and lemon together in a food processor until soft, add in coconut flour and mix again. Add water to find desired consistency. Roll into balls, roll in coconut flour/shaved coconut/cinnamon (what I use) so they won’t stick together. You can freeze them for an hourish and they’ll get hard on the outside but moist onthe inside – like a Lindt chocolate balls texture (unfortunately not the same chocolate goodness)
