Once you make progress on your treatment, your weight should normalize. I lost too much weight and struggled to get it back, finally gave up and figured I will be sickly thin for the rest of my life, so be it. But, as I was getting better, things normalized and now I am at my ideal weight and do not watch what I eat (to gain or loose weight).
I do think bone broth is very beneficial as it heals leaky gut on top of providing tons of nutrition in terms of vitamins/minerals etc. Also adding more fat in your diet will replace carbs your body used for energy before, it will make you feeling better and it could stop the weight loss. I am talking about healthy fat: animal fat (fatty cuts, ghee or butter, lard etc.) or cold pressed oils (coconut, olive etc.)
