If you can just stick to the diet for more than three days, the cravings seriously will go away and wanting to cheat will mostly seem like a thing of the past. It’s just that you have to get over that initial hump of cravings and detox off sugar before the cravings go away. Think of it like getting off of any drug…if you want to get off of heroin, the first two weeks are going to be the worst, you are going to want to use so freakin’ bad, but if you keep giving in when you want it, you will never be able to get off of it, and never get past that detox hump. Does that make sense?
