Whoa, that’s a lot of eggs!
I’m new to all of this, but from what I understand, a diet rich with a variety of both vegetables and protein sources is important. That is true for anyone, but especially true for us. Maybe you could try cooking one egg and incorporating that in a tasty salad. And you can mix your greens-lettuces, kale and spinach.
Eating the same thing will drive you crazy, may cause you to abandon your diet and not provide optimum results.
