I don’t know for sure, but my suspicion is that your body is going to first and foremost use all of those fats for energy. You aren’t consuming carbs on this diet, which means your body is going to metabolize the fats you consume. There is likely an upper limit to how much to consume per day, but it is important to note your body will be less inclined to store the fat, which is what happens when you consume carbohydrates.
Without the carbs, the body switches its energy source, so the fats won’t stay stored as much in the body.
You need cholesterol for growth/repair and it is essential for the diet to combat Candida. It isn’t the big enemy that it is advertised as by the press. Carbs are the major enemies. Plus by not consuming cakes, cheeses, milk, biscuits, steaks… you aren’t going to have a load of bad cholesterol in your body. Eggs have so many vitamins and nutrients, and the cholesterol is not going to be of primary concern. If you can tolerate the eggs, then good for you.
But just think maybe enough is enough. You shouldn’t need more than 4 (org) eggs per day.
It’s up to you, but cholesterol isn’t a major concern for this diet, your primary objective is beating candida.
