Another question: how on earth can swede be anti-fungal? I’ve never heard that ,it seems counterintuitive to me as swede seems sweet and starchy? But I s’pose I’ll know pretty quick as the symptoms will flare up. Whats your experience?

P.s. sorry to be so demanding ,if I dont focus I run out of energy.
Some antifungals hinder the reproductive process of our good bacteria (they are bacteriostatic). GSE and garlic are good examples of this. Others, such as swede/rutabaga, sprouts, SF722 and coconut oil do not harm our beneficial bacteria. Strictly speaking, the case for avoiding non-bacteriostatic anti-fungals with probiotics is less compelling; but, since you want to give the probiotics chance to adhere to the stomach wall, it makes sense to take the probiotics on an empty stomach.
Swede is a very powerful anti-fungal. I get very intense die-off from it. It is one of my staples. It isn’t starchy; it contains about 0.1g of starch per 100g. If it were starchy, you wouldn’t get die-off from it, because the candida would be too busy dining at your expense.
The only natural antifungal I find more powerful than swede is sprouts. They knock me for six. I have a large portion of them for lunch, and a large portion of swede for dinner.
Thanks for the clarification. I didn’t think you were being demanding!
