I don’t think it matters in which order you take them. I take probiotics in the morning, kefir an hour later, and anti-fungals at lunch and dinner, and ideally kefir and probiotics closer to bed (2-3 hours later). I do it this way because I need to be at home to take the kefir and probiotics. Also, since many of my anti-fungals are food based, and since the food will lie around in the stomach for a while, having the probiotics morning and night seems logical to me. In reality, I often struggle with the evening course because I am still full from dinner, and can’t eat early enough to fit everything in.
