I’ll have to experiment. I have eaten swede occasionally but not much as I thought it was a bad idea -I’ll have more respect for it in future! Sprouts are out of season now -are you getting them in the supermarket?
I’ve been on a ‘what I can get away with’ diet, although quite strict in some ways as I react very badly to even a grain of sugar,even lemon juice, and white rice/white flour same, so that keeps me on the straight and narrow. I’m planning a grand relaunch of the cleanse and strict diet in a few weeks and so am tooling up now. In Fact I think I’ve only been able to get away with it because the anti-fungals and probiotics have kept it at bay, but I started panicking recently realising that I might just be GROWING the wretched stuff the way I’m carrying on! Am I making sense? Thanks for your help,anyway.
I read some other post you wrote about feeling horrible. I have been through some horrendous die-off times, (partly through lack of knowledge) and I find that I sometimes couldn’t control what was happening but in the end my body worked it out, and now I listen to it very closely and feel a lot more in control of die-off,partly by proceeding cautiously and partly by having a lot more ways of dealing with it at my disposal. I’m not saying its easy, just saying that there is a way through. Hope you are feeling a bit better.
