I don’t feel I have any kind of a major over-growth, though I know something wasn’t right. I’m doing the diet more as a ‘reset’ on my eating habits and to get in touch with what it feels like to feel ‘good’. Advice?
The answer to your question depends on whether or not you have a Candida infestation; so, do you have a Candida overgrowth or not?
If all you want to obtain from the diet is to “feel good” then going completely off the diet and back to your old habits will negate any progress you’ve made in that direction.
