Oat bran is different than gluten free oatmeal and is allowed on the diet, it is a prebiotic that feeds beneficial bacteria in the gut while oatmeal does not have any prebiotic properties that I know of.

Stevia isn’t an artificial sweetener, its made from a plant. You can actually grow stevia in your backyard, chop up the leaves, and use it instead if you wanted.
