I will try some of these things. Unfortunately now, my body is not accepting any dairy products such as yogurt or kefir. Also, even gluten free oatmeal I can’t handle.
Is oat bran different from oat meal? Maybe my body can accept oat bran?
I will look into the teff bread recipe…is it on the website? Also, I’ll check out the pumpkin pie muffin bread.
As of now, my body also can’t handle artificial sweeteners like stevia and xylitol…so I guess I’ll have unsweeted stuff.
