So the flu passed finally and I am back on the diet and it´s day 4. (I have never been sick like this with a cold, 17 days, this is surely a sign that my immune system is not functioning well).
First day I had huge sugar cravings, I satisfied them with fruit (apple, banana).
The only carbs I am eating at the moment is brown rice, brown rice cakes and fruit.
But day by day sugar needs have been diminishing.
I have been madly tired these days. I havent slept as much as I would like to (toddler troubles), but over all its not like I sit up all night, I just would like to sleep an hour more or so in the morning.
So why am I so tired? Is it because my body is used with more carbs? I cant say that I am eating low carb diet, I am having carbs with every meal, plus fruit for snack times.
By the way, while I was sick, then I started to take Echineaforce Forte and continuing to take it every day.
