The only things I would change include eating more food. If possible, try to eat 3-4 course meals…you need to get very full like thanksgiving with every meal to get the nutrients you need to survive and function.
I would not discount taking other vitamins such as cod liver oil (reduces inflammation), vitamin E, biotin, milk thistle, and vitamin K. These are ones I would consider in time. I also feel that fermented cod liver is superior to regular cod liver oil but is quite a bit more expensive.
HMF neuro is a great product and highly recommend it. Keep in mind that the probiotics alone won’t cure the infestation, but the diet and general plan you put together will. You should still experience UTI’s on and off as you get better and hopefully there will be a day when you don’t get them again.
