Swede, or rutabaga as it’s called in the US, contains one of the highest and strongest antifungals available, so the relatively small amount of sugar is completely negated by this fact. If it’s still early in your treatment and diet, be careful as far as the amount you eat the first few times, the die-off can be dreadful.
