I feel great!
I ate fruit-for-dinner last night.
Huge bowl of frozen raspberries with a big dollup of coconut yogurt on top (turned into icecream,lol) red grapes, and heres my favorite part…..
I had some banana and not even a little soreness in my throat!
Remember banana was my first recognition that I had candida, it fermented in my tummy and made me feel “drunk”.
The most important thing I have to say right now, that I *wish* I knew from the beginning is…
YOU WONT BE ABLE TO TELL YOUR GETTING BETTER ALL THE TIME AND THATS OK,YOU ARE!
It can be disheartening,going every day thinking your never going to eat the stuff you want to eat again. Cant speak for everyone, but after a few months of doing everything I think im supposed to do and still reacting to sweet food truly had me thinking I was never going to get better.
I kept thinking, if its not better after 2 months, what makes me think 3 more weeks of suffering with these limitations is going to do any good?
Time takes care of it.
Eat your carbs. Sprinkle cinnamon. Drink herbal tea every day. Take care of your adrenals.
Get your endocrine glands in order. Stay hydrated. Eat whole foods. Fore-go meat and high protein.
Test yourself to get an idea of how far you’ve come.
Try resistant starches in their NATURAL form (day-old pasta, day old potatoes,ect)
I also dont think its a coincidence that I have gotten a significant amount of sun lately,too.
Sun = Vitamin D in its most potent form.
Today life is good.
