Researching resistant starches as a way to increase my good bacteria without taking a high dose probiotic (the last probiotic at 15 billion made me think my heart would beat out of my chest).
I wondered how I could have recovered from my last bout of candida without any protocol what so ever.
Since I eat lots of fruit and veggies, I realize NOW that my diet was naturally high in resistant starches, and helped the good bacteria I had left to hang in there.
Im going to try eating resistant starches before bed with some yogurt and a child-size dose of probiotics, to see if it makes any difference.
Maybe it wont, but it cant hurt. Im eating them on and off now anyway.
