Not that im in a rush to push my limits, but im seeing evidence that keeping my calories and carbs adequate are keeping my depression at bay.
Ate cinnamon toast and pineapple juice-frozen berry sorbet (no added sugar) for dessert tonight and no reaction, so while it might not be helping, just being able to keep it down without headaches or dizziness is huge for me.
I also think the additional antioxidants in the berries every day is doing wonders.
Berries are magic, im convinced.
Had red grapes today too. Coconut yogurt.
Corn chips and salsa (both organic,im pushing my luck, I know).
If I pay heavily for it tomorrow, I will post it.
I would hate for anyone to follow my lead and suffer.
