Last few days have been the best and worst, looking for a pattern, found only one-
Today I introduced almond butter to my diet.
Yesterday I was feeling quite bad; my son was home from school (2 days now) with a sinus infection/cold/bacterial thing (he has candida too 🙁 ) and I could be just fighting whatever he has.
Or it could be my candida, dont know.
After my almondbutter toast this morning, and an additional scoop on a spoon just because, I waited for a poor reaction (mostly from the bread).
Not only didnt I get a bad reaction from the bread (sometimes it gives me a sore throat) but I actually started to feel good.
Also in contrast was that today I ingested no other antifungals or herbs except the daily coconut oil in my coffee.
This led me to do some research on almonds, since there is little in the way of candida-diets that explain why almond is a groovy thing to eat.
Found only one article in Russian that explores the fungicidal properties of almonds, but it offered no abstract, no study.

Im likely going to have it for dinner as well, because I like to push my luck.
