Sugar in my coffee for dessert last night, no bad reaction.
I might add that coffee depletes the adrenals and so I know that including it is not the best choice I can make-
however, since I cant have goodies, a cup of coffee with coconut and cinnamon is really nice.
Still doing fruit (berries,pomegranate,grapes), pinto beans because a warm meal when it is cold is nice; occasional toast (with peanutbutter or cinnamon) pumpkin seeds, salads with applecider vinegar, and lots and lots of HRBAL TEAS.
Im noticing I am having good and bad days with my eyes.
Yesterday was really bad, and I hadnt had any sugar at the time it was acting up.
FOR THIS REASON, I am still posting what I eat and my habits, because what I eat today maybe not bother me until 3 days from now, and I am very aware of this.
Just because im having more good days than bad doesnt mean I am not just putting-off the inevitable return of another fermentation or attack.
After another week, I should see a regular pattern and hopefully not be steering anyone wrong who would like to have more fruits in their diet.
