What are “alternatives” ?
I eat no alternatives.
Fruits and veggies. Legumes. Herbs. That be it.
Since having candida, I have started eating toast, not daily but occasionally, and that is not normal for my past. It helps lately with needing something dry with my 2 herbal tinctures.
Fruits and veggies supply enough protein and fat since we are not growing anymore.
Anymore than 10% of the diet being protein is not only unnecessary, but counter-productive.
Im not pushing my lifestyle on anyone here, but simply stating that it works for me.
I made it a point to put “vegan” in my name here ( i usually go by my first name on all forums so that I can turn friends on to the forums as they may need them) so that there are NO recommendations for me to take or consume anything that comes from an animal from anyone else and not have to explain why 😀
What DOESNT work for me is finding a purple welt, automatically assuming its a bad thing, seeing a doctor who prescribes me 4 antibiotics, and thinking the outcome will be GOOD, hahahaha.
I really do wonder what percentage of people have candida because of antibiotics.
And I also wonder if Obamacare covers amalgam removal, what percentage of people would not have candida-og anymore?
