ANOTHER REASON I WILL NEVER GO LOW CARB :

What kind of diet is the high fat and high protein diet? If it is meat and milk, these results are to be expected…
Basically it goes by total calories consumed,
and the percentage that is spent on carbs/fat/protein.
The natural ratio in a raw food diet consisting only of fruits and veggies is between 10-12%protein,5-12% fat,and the rest carbs- which is considered an ideal ratio for maintaining the body without excess fats and proteins burdening the kidney/liver/ect according to centenarian studies and cancer research.
I personally dont live that way,lol, but I have before and would go back in a heartbeat once im better.
The Candida Diet, being low carb is naturally high fat/high protein. Its just math.
But the beauty of it is that is was meant to be temporary…which is not what we see on this forum much. I do see a great benefit in it temporarily. It kept me from going crazy for a few days while I worked-out the die-off.
I just like to offer stuff like this for others who are intuiting that living low-carb for any significant length of time is not a healthy choice for them.
