never mind really 🙂 you know i did so stupid to insist in wholemeal pasta for so long time and now that im removing it from my diet i feel REALLY better!
I’m happy, i hope i will keep it up. I’m finding so much concentration for my studies and that is very good. I always had the convintion that because was wholemeal was allowed and my brain did that stupid equation wholemeal=allowed for so long time. I will be more careful in future
Pasta is probably one of my favorite foods ever.
I just consider it a treat now, rather than a staple of my diet.
I used to eat it 4 days a week.
I think you were right though, wholemeal is much better since there is a better fiber and nutrient content. I wouldnt write it off entirely….let it be a treat, when your feeling a bit better 🙂
