If you’re so concerned about mercury, then please focus on the big sources of mercury first. It’s not useful removing a tiny source while you’re still exposed to a much, much larger source.
In this case, prevent fish. Especially fish that feeds on other fish, like tuna. Do not allow yourself or your children to ever eat fish, or products that are derived from fish.
That will take away your biggest source of mercury. Until you do that, everything else is futile.
