Peanut butter toast for breakfast,coffee,Nature’s Path pumkin-n-spice chewy granola bar, and green tea so far,
Today I admitted to myself that I am not consistent with my tinctures and diet.
I waffle, going from fruits and berries and yogurt to salads, to peanut butter toast and granola.
I havent taken any of my tinctures today yet, and I have been doing so good about them the last few weeks.
I think the reason I am not 100% well this minute is because there is little consistency.
I wanted to find a way to incorporate turmeric into my diet, which I have not done yet.
I just wont eat/drink stuff that doesnt bring me joy. So THEN I remembered my Gaia Swedish bitters has a ton of turmeric in it…and as bitter as it is, I actually enjoy taking it (although I have only taken it a few times).
Nutritionfacts.org has incredible info on turmeric,so im sold lol.
I need some good Indian food right now. Im on a turmeric high 🙂
