The Candida is still strong because you’re feeding it sugar every day in the form of starch. You’re also creating a better environment for the Candida to survive by eating one or two meals a day which contain meat, chicken, or turkey every single day. You shouldn’t have red meat at all, and you should only have chicken, fish, or turkey a few times a week at the very most. To put it quite simply, as you’re finding out, you can’t cure your infestation like this.
