I eat all day long..well, maybe every few hours and as much as I want. and I’m still slimming down from it (stage 2). I enjoy coconut flour bread with butter or almond butter as a snack. Also, big salads with olive oil and lime or lemon juice on them. If I’m really hungry I eat a big bowl of seasoned quinoa. I don’t let myself get too hungry and I’m slimming down and feel great. I don’t know why some of the rest of you are eating hardly anything all day. My favorite thing for breakfast is a bowl of oat bran with coconut milk and stevia in it and some eggs. I love this diet because I am really pigging out I think and LOSING weight. All that fiber and high-quality protein is really filling. I also eat all the plain yogurt I want and avocadoes.
