Thanks for the post Gnosis44! I love hearing about what other people are eating, and I like to hear about other people’s symptoms. I am one week in to the strict diet, and like you, my breath is just terrible. I brush my teeth all of the time. I would love to use a mint. Also, I am noticeably tired.
My favorite things to eat right now are cauliflower rice and rutabaga fries. I stem the fries, first, and then toss with garlic and olive and bake, and they are so amazing. For the cauliflower rice, I saute an onion and then add a cauliflower to it that I pulsed until rice-size shaped in the Cusinart and cook for about 5 minutes. I use the “rice” both underneath sauteed veggie and also like you would fried rice.
