The “reaction” you mentioned very much sounds like die-off after eating radishes; almost all veggies are antifungal so this is likely whats going on.
Itching, rashes, etc. are all die-off symptoms.
So your only supplement is taking probiotics?
Really, eggs? The thing is that I’ve been eating a lot of days since the beginning. I started with one egg a day after the cleanse and I’ve increased the amount to about 4 eggs/day, often more. The thing is that I don’t want to loose more weight, and this is my biggest protein source..Would the reaction (heartburn) come so late? After a month of almost only eating eggs (I’m not eating as many now since I’ve started adding these other proteins.
Yes probiotics is the only supplement I’m taking.
And I just realized that I eat a couple of cloves of garlic a day (in my food. I know that garlic is an anti fungal, but would a couple of cloves a day be enough to cause die off symptoms?
